- 3- 4 Carrots
- Salt taste
- Coriander leaves finely cut
- LemonCumin seeds
- Mustard seeds
- Curly leaves
- 2-3 Green chillies ( as per the taste)
- Grated coconut half cup
- Asafoetida
Procedure:
- Grate the carrots .
- Add grated coconut, finely chopped coriander leaves, pinch of sugar in it.
- Add Lemon juice ( about half lemon or till tastes Little sour )
- Add salt to taste.
फोडणी /Tadka:
- Heat the oil in Iron wok.
- Put mustard seeds
- Put Asafoetida then cumin seeds , then curry leaves.
- Put this tadka over the above mixture.
